TRIUMPH EL-MAADI

A 1200 sqm historical palace for Mohamed Ali Ibrahim Pasha in El Maadi was designed to be restored, renovated and to be used as an Andalusian hotel. The design considered the conservation concept to keep the historical value for the palace, by adding an extension using steel structure. The Andalusian Hotel was designed with 9700 sqm built up area in two floors, and a Basement consisted of a night life and an automated parking.

AMERICAN CREATIVITY ACADEMY

A renovation was made to ACA aiming to increase the educational program by 15% through various measures. All the exterior facades were designed to be renovated without demolishing any parts of the building by using high-quality exterior cladding and aluminum louvers. These materials will not only enhance the functionality of the building but also improve its aesthetic appeal.

ISSSI

The ISSSI building in Nasr City was renovated and expanded with two additional buildings to accommodate over a thousand students. The project was completed in record time, taking only six months from start to finish. The total area of the project is 8000 square meters, with a total floor area of 6000 square meters. The construction, furnishings, and electromechanical works were all completed on time and delivered turnkey. Additionally, the landscape were designed, implemented, and maintained for a year.

DASMAN SCHOOL

A Renovation was implemented for Dasman school in El-Kuwait, the renovation included all the exterior facades and the interior spaces of the school, Considering the school identity and its color scheme. The renovation considered keeping the existing buildings without demolishing.

RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE

A renovation was made to the Religious Institute, All the exterior facades were designed to be renovated without demolishing any parts of the building, A tensile shed was added to the court for providing the outdoor with a suitable shading. These additions will not only enhance the functionality of the building but also improve its aesthetic appeal.
